Kuala Lumpur, 8 July 2025 – MEASAT Global Berhad (“MEASAT”) – Malaysia’s premier spacetech solutions provider has secured the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre’s (“IN-SPACe”) authorisation on June 30, 2025, to offer its satellite services in India through NewSpace India Limited (“NSIL”). With IN-SPACe’s authorisation, MEASAT is now able to offer space-based communications and broadcasting services in the Indian market, in line with requirements of the Indian Space Policy for foreign satellite operators.
