Kuala Lumpur, 22 May 2025 – MEASAT Global Berhad (“MEASAT”) – Malaysia’s premier satellite solutions provider has signed a Term Sheet with Boustead Technology Sdn Bhd (“Boustech”) to formalise a collaboration between both companies to support the Malaysian Armed Forces’ satellite needs. The Term Sheet was signed today in Langkawi in conjunction with the 17th Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (“LIMA 2025”). MEASAT was represented by Ganendra Selvaraj, its Chief Commercial Officer while Boustech was represented by Sharifuddin Md Zaini Al-Manaf, its Chief Executive Officer. The signing was witnessed by Malaysia’s Minister of Defence YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Ministry of Defence Secretary General Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali, Boustead Holdings Berhad Chairman Tan Sri Abu Bakar Haji Abdullah, and other representatives from the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT) and the two companies.
