Kuala Lumpur, 22 July 2022 – Following the launch of MEASAT-3d on 22 June 2022 from Kourou, French Guiana, MEASAT Global Berhad (“MEASAT”) – Malaysia’s premier satellite operator, has successfully completed in-orbit testing for the MEASAT-3d satellite today, ahead of schedule. MEASAT-3d, the company’s latest and most advanced satellite has now entered commercial service, after its handover by Airbus Defence and Space (“Airbus”).
At the official handover of the MEASAT-3d satellite by Airbus to MEASAT and commencement of commercial operations.
