Teh Chin Eng is MEASAT’s Associate Vice President – Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for the growth of the business.

Chin Eng has 20 years’ experience in the satellite and broadcast industry, including his involvement in the establishment of a new start-up in integrated broadcast and OTT services. He is a recognized expert in spectrum and orbital slot filings with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

He holds an MBA from the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK and a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
