MEASAT Secures August Launch For MEASAT-3a |

Kuala Lumpur, 24 June 2008 - MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of satellite communication solutions to Asia-Pacific’s broadcasting and telecommunications industries and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MEASAT Global Berhad, announces that the MEASAT-3a satellite has secured a launch on 21 August 2008.

Study Suggests 2008 The year For HDTV in Asia |

Kuala Lumpur and Paris, 17 June 2008 - MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. and
Euroconsult jointly announced today the results of a study into the development of High Definition Television in the Asia-Pacific region. The study, which was conducted during May by Euroconsult, polled the
rationale, benefits, challenges and expectations for HDTV amongst the regions’ leading PayTV operators.
25 operators in 15 markets, collectively serving more than 24 million subscribers, were interviewed.

SPACECONNECTION, INC. announced today the execution of a joint marketing
agreement for occasional use services on the MEASAT-3 satellite. Under the agreement,
SPACECONNECTION will market MEASAT-3 satellite to its North American customer base for occasionaluse
and special event services across Asia.

MEASAT-3a Scheduled for Launch in Q3 2008 |

Kuala Lumpur, 26 February 2008 - MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd announced today
that it had been advised that its next satellite, being constructed by Orbital Sciences Inc and planned for
launch on a LandLaunch Zenit–3SLB launch vehicle, had now been allocated a launch in Quarter 3 2008.
MEASAT also announced that the satellite, previously known as MEASAT-1R, would be renamed MEASAT-
3a.
