We refer to the Company's Announcement dated 1 November 2007 on the agreement signed by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd, with ANTRIX Corporation Limited, the commercial arm of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for the lease of eight Ku-Band transponders on MEASAT-3, with an option to increase the number subsequently (“Transaction”) and wish to advise that none of the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interests, directly or indirectly, in the Transaction. This Announcement is dated 5 November 2007.
