Encik Tan Poh Keat will represent Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TMB") as its nominee on the Board of MEASAT Global Berhad ("MEASAT Global"), since TMB has with effect from today completed its acquisition of a 15.39% equity interest in MEASAT Global.
