Remarks
The Company was notified by Signet of its merger with SSR and that it would conduct its business under SSR following the merger. The Company has entered into a Deed of Novation with Signet and SSR on 17 September 2004 pursuant to and as a result of which:-
(1) Signet shall novate to SSR and SSR shall accept the novation of all Signet's rights and obligations to the Letter of Agreement dated 10 June 2004 between Signet and MEASAT Global;
(2) SSR shall substitute Signet to perform the share registration and other related services as the Share Registrar of MEASAT Global; and
