MEASAT Global Berhad wishes to announce that the level of public shareholding spread of the Company as at 30 June 2006 is as follows:-
Percentage of Public Shareholdings : 25.05
The number of Public Shareholders holding not less than 100 shares : 6,203
Accordingly, as at 30 June 2006, the Company was in compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement prescribed under paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
