The Board of Directors of MEASAT wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 24 September 2010 as captioned above, informed MEASAT that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of MEASAT will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 29 September 2010.
