The Company had on 28 July 2010, requested for a suspension of trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 28 July 2010 pending an announcement of a corporate proposal involving the shareholders of the Company.
The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note No. 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
